Sierra Littrell
Principal
Prior to partnering with Sarah at Luxury Estate Managers of Aspen, Sierra spent 15 years as a nurse specializing in cardiology. She and her fiancé Jesse have started 3 other businesses from the ground up and all have had tremendous growth in a short period of time. She is confident and excited to take her hard-working, detail-oriented and personable attitude to property management and personal concierge. She loves a challenge, and “No” is not a word in her vocabulary when providing top notch customer service.

Sarah Korpela
Principal
"Property management is about getting the job done, no matter how eccentric, challenging, or impossible the request seems to be,” says Sarah. “If it is legal, we can make it happen, and probably have.” She’s seen a lot in 15 years on the job, but she won’t tell you about any of it. That’s why she’s known for her honestly, loyalty, and discretion.

Lead Property/Concierge Manager
Brando has years of experience catering to clients with high expectations and he delivers perfection and professionalism with an ambition that is unmatched. Originally from South Africa, Brando brings cultural diversity, a committed work ethic and a sense of humor to the team. His attention to detail, his charming personality and his desire for excellence make him a natural to be in the concierge industry.

Jesse Boyd
Property Manager
Jesse is a serial entrepreneur, so when Sierra brought the idea of partnering with Luxury Estate Managers of Aspen, he was all in. After selling a lucrative oil and gas business which he built from the ground up, Jesse and Sierra joined forces and currently own three other successful enterprises.
If Jesse can’t get it done, he knows how to find someone who can. His knowledge of luxury homes, his attention to detail and his ability to problem solve makes Jesse a perfect fit with Elite Estates.

Bridgette Neese
Property Manager
Bridgette is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for efficiency, luxury service, and team collaboration. With a drive for perfection, she thrives in roles that demand meticulous attention and high standards. She has been employed as a personal assistant to a New York Times bestselling author, managing two of her residences and previously overseeing her world-class reining horse show barn.
Bridgette’s lifelong passion for horses and outdoor projects help form an instant connection with many of Arizona’s clientele. She takes pride in anticipating and fulfilling the needs and desires of her clients. Bridgette tackles every task with energy and enthusiasm and that is why she is a great fit with our team.

Tammi Littrell
​Chef & Concierge Management
Tammi’s passions are food, travel and entertaining, so she is a valuable resource when it comes to assisting clients with dining, party planning and destination suggestions. Her travels have taken her to exciting locations where she has taken cooking classes and has spent her time fine dining and seeking out local cuisine. She spent three years as a charter yacht chef in the Caribbean where high standards, diverse cuisines and culinary requests were expected. Tammi now teaches gourmet, hands-on cooking classes, done in a fun dinner party style, and also offers private chef services. With almost 200 private dinners and cooking classes under her belt, she has dozens of menus or themed dinners to choose from. She’s type A, a perfectionist, a published author and a lover of food, dogs, shoes and things that sparkle.

Payton Neiberger
Marketing Director

Payton brings a dynamic background in business ownership, operations management, and client services. She began her career running her fiancé’s successful horse training business, where she developed strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a reputation for delivering exceptional client experiences. Building on that foundation, she has grown into a trusted professional who understands the needs of an elite clientele and provides personalized, concierge-level service with professionalism and discretion.
As our Marketing Director, Payton brings a modern perspective and an innovative approach, helping us stay connected and relevant in today’s ever-evolving market. We are thrilled to have her expertise supporting both our Scottsdale and Aspen teams.
